Technical Issues Relating to Flowz Workspace
If Customers experience any of the following issues:
- Account password reset (not working)
- Inaccurate portal reports (details under My Reports tab - Monthly consumed, allocated, remaining hours)
- Missing / Incomplete Invoices Inaccessible files (especially for old job requests)
- Inaccurate time estimates for jobs
- Charges/Billing Concerns (over billed, charged canceled accounts, etc.)
Please send out an IT request to email@example.com for these issues to be fixed.
